I acknowledge that I have thoroughly reviewed the information associated with my account, including but not limited to my ride and transaction history.
I confirm that the account information, including ride and transaction history, is accurate and up-to-date.

2. FUTURE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
I understand that by deleting my account, I waive my right to dispute any past transactions, rides, or any other account-related issues.

3. PERMANENT ACCOUNT DELETION
I understand that once my account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all associated data, including personal information and transaction history, will be permanently erased.

4. ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT
By acknowledging this disclaimer, I willingly and voluntarily choose to delete my account, releasing the Operator from any responsibility or liability regarding the deleted account and associated data.

5. CONFIRMING ACCOUNT DELETION
I understand that after acknowledging this disclaimer, my account deletion request will be processed. The process may take up to 5 business days if no account issues have been identified, and I will receive a confirmation when it is complete.
