Fifteen and Vancouver Bike Share Inc. strive to ensure the accuracy and regular updating of the information provided within the Application and related digital services. However, information may be corrected or updated at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fifteen and Vancouver Bike Share Inc. disclaim any liability in the event of:

errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or delayed updates
service interruptions, bugs, downtime, or unavailability of features
any direct or indirect damages resulting from access to, use of, or inability to use the Application or Service
data loss or device issues resulting from use of the Application
fraudulent third-party intrusions or malicious acts that modify information or impact availability

The Application and Service may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites or services. Fifteen and Vancouver Bike Share Inc. exercise no control over such third-party sites and disclaim all liability regarding their content, availability, and use.

Users are responsible for protecting their devices and data against viruses and other IT threats. Fifteen and Vancouver Bike Share Inc. cannot be held liable for damage to user devices or data loss resulting from use of the Application.

6. Service Availability and Operational Information

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Bike availability, station capacity, service coverage, and operational status may vary due to maintenance, events, demand, weather, system limitations, or other operational factors.

Vancouver Bike Share Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service or Application at any time, including features, pricing, service areas, and availability, in accordance with applicable policies and user agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content present in the Mobi by Rogers Application and related digital services (including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, videos, and software) is protected under applicable intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of Fifteen, Vancouver Bike Share Inc., and/or their respective partners where applicable.

No license or other rights are granted beyond the right to access and use the Application and Service for their intended purposes.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

Images, photographs, and illustrations used in the Application are either the property of Fifteen or Vancouver Bike Share Inc., or used with permission from their authors. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Updates and Versions

The Application is regularly updated to improve functionality, performance, and security. Users are encouraged to keep their Application updated to ensure the best experience.

Older versions of the Application may no longer be supported without prior notice. Fifteen and Vancouver Bike Share Inc. cannot be held liable for any incompatibility caused by outdated versions.

9. Download and Usage Conditions

The Mobi by Rogers Application is available for free download via official platforms (App Store and Google Play). Downloads are intended for non-commercial, personal use in accordance with the Application’s purpose.

Use of the Application and Service may be subject to geographical restrictions. The Service is intended for users located within the Vancouver Bike Share Inc. service area. For further details, refer to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

10. Compatibility

The Mobi by Rogers Application is compatible with smartphones running the following operating systems:

Android (minimum version: Android 15)
iOS (minimum version: iOS 15)

Compatibility with specific devices or configurations cannot be guaranteed. Fifteen and Vancouver Bike Share Inc. strive for broad compatibility but cannot be held responsible for malfunctions on particular devices.

11. Data Processing and Cross-Border Transfers

The Service and Application may involve the processing and storage of information in jurisdictions outside of Canada, including the European Union, depending on hosting locations and service providers.
