Does the sale pass auto-renew at the same rate?
No, the pass will renew at the regular $169 rate 365 days from your purchase of the spring pass.
Can I get a discount on anything other than the new Annual Pass in the spring sale?
No, the Pay Per Ride and Monthly Pass are not part of the spring pass sale. Only the Annual Pass is part of the sale.
I have a 365 Day Standard Pass and want to upgrade to the new Annual Pass, how do I do that?
Please contact our customer service team to upgrade your pass.
I signed up for the sale pass accidentally, can I get a refund?
You are able to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, if the pass has not been used. Auto-renewals are not refundable.
Can I stay on my 365 Day Standard pass?
Yes, you can retain access to the 365 Day Standard Pass.
If I stay on my current 365 Day Pass, do I retain access to the $0.15 per minute ebike rate?
No, both the 365 Day passes and the new Annual Pass will have the same new $0.19 per minute rate for ebikes.
My 365 Day Standard Pass or 365 Day Plus Pass just auto-renewed. Can I get this sale applied?
Unfortunately, the Spring Sale is for new customers only, but we can apply a $20 credit to your account.
Are the ebike rates also discounted?
No. The Spring Pass Sale only applies to the base price of the pass. The ebike rates remain the same.
