Mobi by Rogers 2025 Member Survey Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of British Columbia, aged 12 or older, who have an active Mobi account at the time of entry. Employees of Vancouver Bike Share Inc., its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to win the random prize.

2. How to Enter

Complete the 2025 Mobi Member Survey between October 24th, 2025 and November 17th, 2025.
Each completed survey counts as one entry into the random draw. Limit one entry per person.

3. Prizes

15 free minutes will be credited to all respondents who complete the survey.

30 free minutes will be credited to respondents who are active Annual Members at the time of entry.

Grand Prize: One (1) respondent will be selected by random draw to receive 500 free minutes.
Free minutes have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Approximate retail value of grand prize: $195.00

4. Winner Selection

The random draw for the 500-minute prize will take place on November 18th, 2025 at the offices of Vancouver Bike Share Inc.
The selected entrant will be notified by email within 5 business days and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If no response is received, another entrant may be selected.

5. General Conditions

No purchase necessary. Odds of winning the grand prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Vancouver Bike Share Inc., which are final.
Vancouver Bike Share Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if technical or other issues arise.
Vancouver Bike Share Inc. is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or incomplete entries.

6. Privacy

Information collected through the survey is used for research purposes and to contact the prize winner. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Mobi by Rogers’ Privacy Policy.
