To aid the City of Vancouver's progress towards its Climate Emergency Action Plan goal of achieving a 2030 target where two-thirds of daily trips are made via active transportation and transit, and to align with TransLink's Transport 2050 objectives, which include boosting active transportation and transit usage, alleviating congestion, and cutting greenhouse gas emissions, developers can contribute by offering improved options for bike share accessibility to and from their developments. 

This initiative delivers benefits to residents, commercial occupants, employees, the developer, and the wider region.

WHAT IS MOBI FOR DEVELOPMENTS?

The Mobi for Developments program allows developers to make a one-time bulk payment to Mobi to satisfy municipal Transportation Demand Management (TDM) requirements, while allowing stratas and/or property managers to facilitate the distribution of the bikeshare benefits to occupants.

The program provides developments with exclusive access to Mobi's Ebike Inclusive Pass.

2. Initial consultation: We’ll provide an overview of the program and discuss your specific needs.
3. Payment: All payments are prepaid and processed by Electronic Funds Transfer.
4. Onboarding: We’ll make sure things are set up to match your preferences.
5. Launch support: We’ll provide marketing materials to support your roll-out.
6. Ongoing support: We’ll provide the organization with additional promo codes upon request/payment, if they use all the ones previously purchased.
