2. Mid- Autumn Moon Festival: The Four Arts

3. Vancouver Halloween Parade

The 4th annual Vancouver Halloween Parade & Expo is a four-day festival of Arts, Performances, Cosplay, Films, Comics, Anime, Games and Makeup. 4. Stanley Park Ghost Train

Each year the Stanley Park Ghost Train takes riders on a journey through a mystical and magical world, inspired by Hallowe'en and other spooky tales. This family event is open to all ages and offers a fright free glimpse of the whimsical world of ghosts and ghouls. Purchase tickets here.
