1) The 45th Vancouver Chinatown spring festival parade

The Chinese New Year Parade will return for the 45th time on Sunday, February 18, 2018. This signature event of Vancouver's Chinatown will feature lion dances, cultural dance troupes, marching bands, martial arts performances and much more.

2) Science of Cocktails of Science World

Science World is playing host to Vancouver’s top bartenders at its evening cocktail event on February 8. The Science of Cocktails will showcase the physics, chemistry and biology behind their award winning drinks. Proceeds will help provide cost-free field trips to schools in need across the Lower Mainland.

3) Vancouver International WIne Festival

One of the city’s largest annual food and wine events, the Vancouver International Wine Festival, returns to the city for its 40th year. Spanning over a week, from February 24 to March 4, the wine-focused affair will once again bring together the top names in wine making, as well as a collection of wines from round the world.

4) Climb the Wall: the Stairclimb for Clean Air

Join the BC Lung Association for the 17th annual Climb the Wall: Stairclimb for Clean Air event. The Stairclimb is the perfect opportunity to bring your friends together and kick start your morning while fundraising for a great cause. Open to all abilities, the 491-foot Sheraton Wall Center is an iconic landmark in downtown Vancouver that you can only climb with the BC Lung Association.
