I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! We are hosting a giveaway so that you and a friend can bike for ice cream all year round! The prize is two 365 day passes to Mobi by Shaw Go and entering is as easy as pie (a la mode of course).

Lemon Ricotta with Candied Olives
This is Passione's gelato master, Salvatore, paying homage to his roots of Italian heritage through ingredients, while honouring the art of his craft. He uses the staple of Italian cooking — ricotta, combined with lemon, to cut through the richness. All finished off with candied olives. An ingredient you’d expect to be savoury, but has a surprisingly sweet flavour profile. A unique flavour you don’t often see.
